Truth is you know I love you,
How could this love not be?
After all is said and done
you're still a part of me.
Fierceful pride an heirloom,
another common trait,
realize we share many,
a fact you cant escape.
Your DNA, it describes you,
genetics handed down from me,
and it's true about what they say,
the apple falls near the tree.
Each passing day reminds you,
look in the mirror and see,
Superimpose your fathers face,
Al you're just like me.
